I Want to Request Adding a New Service

If you want to perform SMS verification or receive OTP codes for a service that does not yet exist on the platform, it is possible to request adding it.

Before doing that, please make sure of the following:

• You are ready to buy at least 20 numbers daily for this service.
  It is not worth adding a new SMS verification service if there is no real demand for it. If you are only going to buy 2-3 numbers occasionally, please continue using the Unknown service instead.
• Please also refer to our Acceptable Use Policy. Banking and financial services are not allowed. If the requested service may violate our rules, or if its usage may be considered fraudulent or abusive, please do not submit such requests. We do not welcome this type of activity on the platform, and the request will be denied.

If everything looks good, please submit a support ticket and provide the information below:

• Please provide an example of the SMS message with one-time password they are sending.
• What are the outgoing numbers they are sending messages from?
• What is the website name and URL?
• How many numbers do you commit to buying per day?

We will review your request and consider adding the new service to the platform.
